- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly before adding it to the egg mixture.
- Add the lemon zest and juice to the mixture and combine well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Allow the babka to cool completely before glazing.
