- 3 liters of water
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 1 parsnip, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- Begin by placing the whole chicken in a large pot and covering it with 3 liters of water.
- Bring the water to a gentle simmer and add the halved onion and chopped carrots.
- Allow the soup to simmer for about 2 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
- After 2 hours, add the chopped parsnip and continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and strain the broth to ensure clarity.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
