Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter and egg, then mix until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
