- 1 packet fresh yeast

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it activate for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, and the yeast mixture, then knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles, adding a spoonful of filling in the center before sealing.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C) and fry the pączki until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
