Faworki, also known as angel wings, are crispy, sweet pastries that are perfect for any celebration. These light and airy treats are easy to make at home and pair wonderfully with coffee or tea.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar. Add eggs and melted butter, then knead until smooth and elastic.
- Roll the dough thinly to about 1/8 inch, cut into strips, and twist into shapes. Fry in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
