- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and sour cream to form a dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the chilled dough as thin as possible and cut into strips.
- Twist each strip into a figure-eight shape and heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the twisted dough pieces until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
