Instructions
- Chop the cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, and diced potatoes to the pot, followed by the broth and sausage. Season with salt and pepper, then let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
