Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients needed for the salad.
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly under cold water.
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
