Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into even-sized strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a clean towel.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Toss the potato strips with olive oil and season with salt and any optional seasonings.
- Place the potato strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if necessary.
- Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
